Description
The R&D Technician supports product development, testing, and publication research in regenerative medicine. The role involves hands-on lab work, data recording, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Education: College or technical degree required.Experience: Minimum 1 year in a lab or R&D setting.Execute and support testing to assess product quality and performance.Maintain detailed lab notebooks and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards (FDA, AATB).Perform ELISA, multiplexing, protein assays, and flow cytometry (training provided).Prepare solutions/reagents and maintain lab cleanliness and equipment.Collaborate on white papers and journal articles.Manage R&D supplies and support university collaborations.Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with basic math and scientific literature.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $28.85/hr.
