As a Lead Lab Technician at MercyOne Genesis, you will:

Coordinate daily operation and staff assignment within the LaboratoryAssume interim responsibility in the event of the manager's absenceProvide clinical and technical direction as well as providing input in performance reviews of technical Laboratory staff.Perform diagnostic testing in all Laboratory subspecialtiesAssist manager in a variety of tasks

Schedule: 

6:30am - 5:00pmRotating weekendsRotating holidays

General Requirements: 

Laboratory Technician, Valid Drivers LicenseMore than 3 years experience required

Education: 

High school plus additional course work up to 1 year
