Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support sample and reagent management in a dynamic laboratory environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient lab operations and ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
Receive and verify samples from operations; perform GMP receipt and scan files to LIMSManage reagents: receive, label, check expiration dates, and update LIMSOrganize lab samples, reagents, consumables, and non-consumablesConduct inventory checks and restock supplies as neededStack pipette tip boxes and maintain general lab orderScan assay data sheets to Veeva; create and review Laboratory Records (LRs) for data integrityPerform routine lab cleaning (e.g., vacuum tarps, empty bins)Support equipment upkeep and coordinate basic maintenanceOperate autoclaves and clean controlled temperature unitsCollaborate with QC and operations teams to support lab workflowAssist with training and onboarding of new lab staffQualificationsThe Ideal Candidate will Have:
Experience with veeva and/or LIMSExperience working in a fast-paced GMP environmentMinimum Qualificaitons:
