Lab Engineers JD: The candidate should have: • Installation & maintenance of company’s computer software and hardware/facilities; • Provide Help-Desk support to all employees for IT issue; • Responsible for the server security systems, backup and maintenance; • Maintenance and support of normal operation of notebook, laptop and other hardware’s. • Documentation and maintenance of IT operation procedures and assets; • Able to work shift hours. • He or she should have excellent verbal/ written communication skills and good problem-solving skills • Must be able to works closely with business partners to ensure that requirements and feature solutions will support the future state adhere to best industry practices standards, support the business needs and avoid custom system solutions • 1 yr , + IT background.
