Qualifications Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science or Physical Science OR Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technician with >2 years of experience in a high complexity clinical laboratory. ASCP or equivalent Certification must be maintained without lapse during employment. If certification does lapse, job will be downgraded to Medical Laboratory Scientist (non-certified) or Medical Laboratory Technician (non-certified) until certification is reinstated Preferred Job Requirements: 5+ years’ experience in microbiology Previous experience in a leadership role, billing compliance, performance improvement, and regulatory standards
