Job Description
As a Lab Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) roles within our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, ensuring we attract candidates who meet our high standards for quality and compliance.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles for QC/QA positions.Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical QC/QA hiring.Essential Skills3+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on QC/QA roles in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related field.Strong understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, and other compliance standards.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience recruiting for roles such as QC Analysts, QA Specialists, Validation Engineers.Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and terminology.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
