Description

•\tExecute support various lab operations activities inclusive of equipment on biotech manufacturing in accordance with GMP-compliant procedures.

•\tAdhere to safety protocols and ensure all work is performed in alignment with SOPs, PM work orders, and lab manuals.

•\tConduct routine inspections to ensure the lab meets all safety procedures.

•\tAssist in the commissioning lab equipment and validating that it meets safety protocols.

•\tParticipate in an on-call rotation to provide timely support for the team.

•\tProvide mentorship to entry-level technicians and collaborate with staff on complex troubleshooting.

•\tUse the management system to ensure everything is validated, commissioned, and closed out in time.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

•\tHigh school diploma required.

•\tAssociate’s degree in a life science preferred

•\t2–5 years of experience in operations in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environment.

•\tMinimum 1 year of experience in a cGMP setting.

•\tFamiliarity with cleanroom operations, aseptic practices, and biotech-specific systems.

Schedule:

Day Shfit-6:00am-6:00pm- 2 days on, 2 days off rotating shift (including weekends)- 5% shift differential

Night Shift-6:00pm-6:00am- 2 days on, 2 days off rotating shift (including weekends)- 15% shift differential

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $69200.00 - $84700.00/yr.
