Job DescriptionWork with lab staff to curate and enhance up to date laboratory equipment inventoryHelp to manage onboarding / offboarding, and equipment movesPrepare for entitlements process that defines all current lab equipment’s preventative maintenance status and original equipment manufacturing contract statusWork closely and communicate accurately with lab staff (and other internal/external) partners to define contract level needs and preventative maintenance schedulesInteract with lab supplies management area (chemical and reagent inventory management)Manage tickets for repairs with vendors to ensure engineers are on site as per contract expectationsBuild knowledge of Cell line development process and analytical sciences enabling strong partnershipsAssist in keeping lab up to safety standardsBe flexible and dynamic and willing to work around a very challenging environment as it pertains to delivery of dataQualificationsMinimum of a completed Bachelor's degree in a scientific concentration, molecular biology or biochemistry concentrations are idealExperience in managing projects within a laboratory settingAuthorization to work in the United StatesAdditional InformationPosition is full-time, Monday-Friday, generally 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., but may vary to meet the assay needs; overtime as needed.
