Lab Manufacturing Associate
Job Overview This role centers on manufacturing, troubleshooting, and improving formulations, with tasks ranging from buffer preparation and kit support to QC testing and inventory management. You'll collaborate across teams to support production and R&D efforts in a high-paced, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities + Manufacture reagents, buffers, and consumables + Perform troubleshooting and analytical testing (UV-Vis, pH, conductivity) + Execute QC procedures and analyze data + Process work orders and manage inventory + Improve SOPs, batch records, and identify process gaps + Support fill/kit operations and lead packaging lines + Contribute to R&D and process improvement initiatives Required Skills & Experience + Buffer formulation (up to 50L), reagent handling + Familiarity with SOPs, BRs, WIs + Proficiency in lab equipment: pH/conductivity meters, UV-Vis + Strong communication and organizational skills + Experience with Excel, Word, Confluence, BOM creation + Science degree preferred (Biology, Chemistry, Biochem, etc.) + 0–2 years of experience — ideal for fresh grads or early-career professionals Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
