Lab Manufacturing Associate
Job Overview

This role centers on manufacturing, troubleshooting, and improving formulations, with tasks ranging from buffer preparation and kit support to QC testing and inventory management. You'll collaborate across teams to support production and R&D efforts in a high-paced, evolving environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture reagents, buffers, and consumablesPerform troubleshooting and analytical testing (UV-Vis, pH, conductivity)Execute QC procedures and analyze dataProcess work orders and manage inventoryImprove SOPs, batch records, and identify process gapsSupport fill/kit operations and lead packaging linesContribute to R&D and process improvement initiativesRequired Skills & ExperienceBuffer formulation (up to 50L), reagent handlingFamiliarity with SOPs, BRs, WIsProficiency in lab equipment: pH/conductivity meters, UV-VisStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience with Excel, Word, Confluence, BOM creationScience degree preferred (Biology, Chemistry, Biochem, etc.)0–2 years of experience — ideal for fresh grads or early-career professionals

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
