Job Summary
The Lab IS Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the maintenance, support, and optimization of laboratory information systems (LIS). This position ensures the accurate processing of laboratory data and serves as a liaison between laboratory staff and IT teams. The Lab IS Coordinator provides technical support, troubleshoots system issues, and ensures compliance with laboratory standards and procedures.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Information Systems, or a related field required At least 1 year of experience working in a clinical laboratory or healthcare IT environment required Exposure to laboratory workflows or IT systems preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Basic understanding of laboratory workflows and operations. Familiarity with LIS functionality and data management. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills to support collaboration with diverse teams. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and security. Ability to follow established protocols and procedures. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows.Licenses and Certifications
ASCP - Medical Technologist preferred
