Job Requirements REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or related field required; a minimum of four years of related work experience working in a wet-lab required; demonstrated experience designing/managing relational databases or LIMS; proficiency with scripting (e.g., Python, SQL) and version control (Git); familiarity with wet-lab workflows and molecular-biology protocols; strong communication skills and confidence enforcing policies across diverse teams; skilled at analyzing and communicating (written and verbal) scientific information across different topic areas at a level of detail appropriate for different audiences; ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines; versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with multiple priorities; ability to work both independently and collaboratively; and the interpersonal skills necessary to promote collaboration and cooperation among teams and other leading laboratories. PREFERRED: Direct experience with mouse behavioral, sequencing, or high-content imaging projects; prior implementation of electronic lab notebook systems; and knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP).
