In this role, you will support clinical trial research by performing LC-based analyses, ensuring compound integrity, and contributing to method development. **What you’ll be doing:** + Perform HPLC testing to confirm chemical identity, purity, concentration, and enantiomeric excess + Evaluate analytical output using chromatography systems and escalate anomalous results + Troubleshoot instrumentation and ensure proper calibration and maintenance + Prepare buffers, mobile phases, and analytical reagents + Document procedures in accordance with GLP and GDP regulations + Assist in developing and validating LC methods for experimental compound profiling + Coordinate post-analysis handling of samples and reagents + Uphold laboratory safety, organization, and compliance standards, including 6S principles **What We Are Looking For:** + Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline + Demonstrated experience operating HPLC equipment and performing LC method development + Skilled in pipetting, sample prep, and troubleshooting analytical protocols + Familiarity with regulated documentation procedures and lab software systems + Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree **The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:** + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
