Upon successful completion of the Lab Assistant OJT and North Berwick Career Pathways Sheet, the Lab Assistant is eligible to be promoted to the S4 Lab Technician role.This is a 2nd shift opportunity, S2Hours: Mon. - Thurs. 4x10Responsible for calibration, Preventative Maintenance (PM) of instrumentation used in Production and Laboratory settings.Ensure appropriate documentation and traceability for calibrations and testing resultsPrepare test samples for the evaluation process including log in, sectioning, mounting, polishing, etc.Assist senior technicians with methods, techniques, standards, or use of equipment in the Materials Control LaboratoryMaintain and answer for calibrations or processing of samples during customer or internal audits.Review specifications and requirements.
