Global R&D Laboratories organization is looking for a Lab Assets Reuse Support - Working Student for the Laboratory Operations team in Wroclaw. You will work closely with a local Laboratory team and cooperate with the lab teams in other countries at 18 sites.

You have:

Status of a student of Logistics, Finance, or equivalent education Open to work from Wroclaw (hybrid model) Very good communication in English (both written and spoken) Very good communication in Polish ( both written and spoken) Experience in logistics matters, coordination, and related financial aspects Ability to closely cooperate with external suppliers and subcontractors

It would be nice if you also had:

Knowledge of Incoterms Customs issues like customs duties, VAT, cooperation with external Customs Agencies

Cooperate and conduct negotiations with Customs Office and Compliance Management Manage customs issues like customs duties, and VAT, and cooperate with external Customs Agencies Handle ECCN procedure (cooperation with internal and external partners, ABW reporting) Import/ export issues Transport companies locally and across the world
