This Position reports to:

R&D Department Lead
 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to initiate and drive technology, software, product, and/or solution development using in-depth technical expertise in a specific area. Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development (R&D) for in-depth product or technology-related issues. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting strategic corporate technology management and future product/software/solution architecture.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business of Process Control Platform Division in Bangalore.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Ensure the availability and reliability of IT and OT infrastructure.Maintain proper networking and electrical wiring within the lab.Manage store and inventory, ensuring all equipment and materials are accounted for and in good condition.Oversee software license usage and compliance.Qualifications for the role Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or a related field.5-6 years of experience in managing R&D lab infrastructure.Strong knowledge of IT and OT systems, networking, and electrical wiring.Experience in store and inventory management.Familiarity with software license management.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with various stakeholders.
