As the FBM Gas Hydraulic Assembly and Gas Generator Associate Product Manager, located in Englewood, CO, you will lead personnel and the GHA and GG IPT’s\. The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of the Missile’s Boost Control Hydraulic sub\-systems/Commodities\. As the Associate Manager you will develop a team capable of developing new and improving on existing designs on all Boost Control Hydraulic commodities\. The Associate Manager will build their own unique team, in\-keeping with an IPT mindset, that can tackle and successfully see to completion multiple challenging projects and taskings\. The successful candidate will be a leader, build lasting partnerships with our Navy counterparts, focus on financial and strategic objectives, and work closely with a range of other leaders on FBM\. Candidate will be expected to aid in the hiring process as the team grows\. As the team grows it will also be critical to build a team culture as this will be a new team and the successful candidate will be key in developing this new culture\.
