Job Responsibilities : 1.NOC/Operations/TAC/Support/Planning/Engineering co-ordination and
management,Trouble ticket analysis,L2/L3 problem management,SLA /OLA/RCA
management`
2.Should be able to manage & resolve critical & major issues,&
prepare trouble ticket,Incident reports
3. To work with incident managers /Problem managers for emergency,
critical and major fault restoration and resolution
4.To work with Service manager/Service desk to update and resolve any
escalations of raised towards Network if they want L2/l3 support
BE (EC/CS/IT)
Experience Requirement :Minimum 10 Years - Maximum 15 Years
Skills & Competencies : 1. Knowledge of core and service platforms availability as per the
agreed SLA
2. Ensure the usage of all processes and tools as per guidelines
