We’re currently looking for a L1 Service Desk Spain to ensure timely and effective resolution of end-user IT related issues.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business: Takes internal customer calls, Logs, troubleshoots and dispatches IT issues to the next level, with the aim of ensuring quick and effective resolution.Collects data for internal reporting.Ensures service level agreements’ fulfilment;Schedule – availability to work in extended shifts, the schedule can be changed based on the business requirementsWith these skills you are a great candidate: Operating Systems Knowledge               Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (O365)           Basic networking skills (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP etc)                            Mobile Operating Systems knowledge (Android, iOS)Active Directory knowledgeSpanish C1 or aboveTobi chatbotSounds like the perfect job?
