YOUR TASKS

Local and international trainings: actively support the organization and implementation and learn how to work with various stakeholders Actively shape BAT's Learning & Development portfolio and incorporate your innovative ideasSupport in creating learning paths and the administration of our internal learning platformL&D projects: Work independently on topics and projects related to Talent Management Trade fairs and events: Be part of the preparation and implementation and gain valuable experience Employer Branding projects: Work on topics related to campus marketing/social media and gain insights into the Employer Branding strategies of our markets

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

Very good English skillsStrong communication skills and opennessIndependent and proactive way of workingStrong analytical skillsConfident with Excel and PowerPointIdeally initial practical experience in human resources or marketing
