**Pay Rate:** $27.00/hr (Flat)
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking KYC Analysts (Makers) to support our compliance efforts by conducting comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews. This role involves collecting, validating, and maintaining customer information in alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The position is best suited for detail-oriented professionals with 2–4 years of KYC experience and a strong understanding of compliance standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **KYC Documentation Preparation:** Collect, review, and verify customer documentation to establish identity and assess risk.
+ **Data Collection & Validation:** Accurately input and validate customer data in line with KYC policies.
+ **Risk Assessment:** Conduct initial risk assessments on accounts and ensure proper documentation across risk levels.
+ **Customer Due Diligence:** Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk accounts.
+ **Collaboration:** Partner with KYC Checkers (QC) to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely file completion.
+ **Regulatory Compliance:** Maintain compliance with internal and external standards while staying current on evolving KYC/AML regulations.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Experience:** 2–4 years of KYC review experience, preferably in financial services or another regulated industry.
+ **Knowledge:** Familiarity with AML/KYC regulatory frameworks.
+ **Skills:** Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and capability to work under tight deadlines.
+ **Communication:** Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration.
+ **Location Requirement:** This is a fully onsite role in Milwaukee, WI.
