Kraus is seeking a Kraus Project Management Office (ePMO) Manager, embedded within the Product team! You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and successful launch of new products. This individual will lead cross-functional program planning and execution, collaborating closely with Product Managers, the NPD team, Supply chain, Sales, and Creative team. Their core focus will be on delivering end-to-end insight into project timelines, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce time-to-launch. By bringing rigor, transparency, and alignment to the product launch process, the Kraus PMO Manager will help ensure that all go-to-market initiatives meet strategic, financial, and consumer expectations.
Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide program planning and tracking across product development, operations, and go-to-market teams.Develop and manage governance structures, including project stage gates, tollgates, and steering reviews.Facilitate prioritization, resource alignment, and timeline planning across multi-functional teams.Establish and maintain tools and systems for project reporting, portfolio visibility, and risk tracking.Enable consistent project execution standards through best practices, training, and process documentation.Support cross-functional teams in resolving program roadblocks and driving decision-making cadence.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure achievement and strategic alignment.Champion continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and change management capabilities.Lead post-launch review processes to document learnings and integrate improvements into future programs.Support transformation initiatives through communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.Work with the Product Team to drive efficiencies and improvements to the NPD Stage Gate process.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or other project/program management certification preferred.5+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional programs, ideally in CPG, retail, or manufacturing sectors.Deep understanding of product development, operations, and go-to-market workflows.Experience in the execution of new product development projects or launching new products is vital for successful execution of the role.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with an ability to manage ambiguity.Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project) and Microsoft Office applications.Experience leading change management or transformation efforts is a plusAbility to travel ~10% - primarily domestic travelWhy Join Us?
