The Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO) Supervisor will lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure continuous implementation of Lean initiatives, while acting as a liaison with other department KPO champions to read across standards and best practices. This role demands a proactive problem solver who can conceptualize moonshine solutions, execute the build, and manage the cost it requires for the solution to be materialized.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities :
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Implement and maintain SQDC priorities and 5S of the KPO
• Manage KPO contractors work schedule
• Ensure the safety of anyone working in the KPO
• Conceptualize and design moonshine solutions for the shop
• Guide KPO contractors and department KPO champions on developing moonshine solutions
• Manage replenishment and stocking up of KPO materials
• Provide training to new personnel using the KPO for the first time
• Continuous improvement of the KPO to enhance Safety and Quality of the work that is being carried out

Qualifications/Requirements :
• Minimum NITEC with at least 5 years relevant work experience or equivalent
• Any other relevant recognized technical training/certifications (case by case basis)
