Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)Recruit, screen, and onboard potential franchisees, with a focus on Korean-speaking applicantsConduct outreach through phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person eventsGuide candidates through the franchise process, including application, approval, and trainingMaintain a strong pipeline of qualified leadsTranslate recruitment materials and communicate business details clearly in Korean and EnglishCollaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and supporrKorean Speaker Admin Qualifications:
Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written) – requiredPrevious experience in recruiting, sales, or franchise development strongly preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
