Korean Customer Program Manager
1. Job Purpose:
• KAM for CSI account SAMSUNG and other Korean Key Accounts, handle all commercial issues such as RFQ, special project and ad hoc requests• CPM for Korean BC/SBC Account management - Support x-product operation depending on product customer use, Back up account owner• Collaborate with regional and global CSI team and DGF network stakeholders• Ensure operational excellence and coordinate process with CS/OP teams• Executes global/regional sector strategy on country level (as aligned with global sector structure)• Manages relationship with CSI as customer point of contact on country level• Wins, retains and develops Strategic Customers• Plans and manages accounts• Gather customer and market information to update Product and Station Manager on current conditions
2. Main Accountabilities 
Responsible for all commercial activities related to Samsung VN and other Korean Key Accounts such as Regional / Global RFQ, local project and ad hoc inquiries (capital equipment or others) Customer program manager role:•  Define and implement SOP•  Ensure operational excellence, manage KPI performance with other departments (AFR/VAS/OFR)•  Drive local initiatives, process improvement and conduct performance review with customer•  Manages relationship of a defined number of CSI customers and prospects in a particular sector (serves as primary contact for the customer; coordinates the account)• Seeks and prospects for Strategic Customer targets to win new customers• Ensures that Key Account activities are aligned with global/regional sector strategy• Delivers the regional and/or country customer budget by maintaining a healthy pipeline, good contractual performance and proactive thinking• Works on regional customer initiatives and for implementing global business plan contents• Plans and manages accounts• Collects relevant customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepares documents for customer implementation in order to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer expectations (SLA's & SOP's)• Coordinates with CRM’s on account planning, customer enquiries, business reviews, etc.• Updates CRMs and executive sponsors at regular intervals, ensuring they have an awareness of business critical issues• Consults CRMs and Sector Heads on potential solutions and best practice
3. Requirement:
• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development and Logistics• Deep knowledge of the Air Freight, Ocean Freight and Forwarding Industry and understanding of Product offering• Relevant sales development experience in Vietnam• Bachelors degree in relevant topic• Strong inter-personal and communication skills• Fluent in English verbal/written communication• Ability to take ownership and drive Sales performance independently• Ability to win and develop new business• Ability to identify customer needs by gathering information and building long-term relationships• Conceptual thinking and analytical skills#LI-APAC
