KOB3 Sales Engineer
Emerson has an exciting role for you! We are looking for a KOB3 Sales Engineer to work with us. You will be responsible for the China KOB3 sales bookings. Building and handling customer relationships and promotion of company’s image and products. Play a crucial role in implementing the KOB3 sales strategy and handling the sales channel performance.   In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Lead, handle and achieve MRO/Spare parts/Service sales objectives in the assigned territory and accounts. Accomplish the annual KOB3 booking target, proactively search and identify new opportunities in current market. Provide commercial and technical support to sales channel. Develop and implement key account management program to **build** more business from installed base. Customers relationship management. Assist customers in resolving onsite technical problems and emergency issues to maintain and improve happiness and dedication. Manage and train the LBP sales channel to improve their skill set to be capable to pursue MRO/Service business. Require 40-60% travel time on customer visit and channel management.

  For This Role, You Will Need: Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferably in Process Control, Automation & Instruments, Mechanical Engineering or materials. proven ability in instrument, automation, engineer or process industry. Experience in Valve or actuator sales/On-site technical background is preferred. Strategy implement KOB3 business. Good communication with LBP and end user. Good PC literate, interpersonal, effective communication and teamwork skills. Occupational Health and Safety Competence.
  Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Customer service/Sales/Negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure. Problem solving and coordinate skills, Ability to plan and organize. Willing to travel frequently on business work. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
