Knowledge Manager
Job Description An employer in the Cincinnati area is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support the launch and ongoing success of a new Asset Protection Center of Excellence for a major grocery retail client. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledgebase (KB) content across three specialized teams: customer claims & video review, internal fraud analytics, and alarm monitoring. The Knowledge Manager will play a key role in process improvement, documentation consistency, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities:  Develop and maintain SOPs, KB articles, and training materials across all three teams.  Translate technical and complex processes into clear, user-friendly documentation.  Ensure consistency in structure, tone, and language across all content.  Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and client personnel to gather and validate information.  Maintain and update documentation to reflect changes in processes or systems.  Organize content for easy navigation and retrieval using client-hosted content management systems.  Support the Operations Manager with program execution through technical documentation.  Assist with quality assurance by evaluating consultant work and identifying areas for improvement. Skills and Requirements 24 years of experience in knowledge management or technical documentation.  Proven ability to write and refine SOPs and process documentation.  Experience creating training materials and supporting cross-functional teams.  Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex information.  Familiarity with emerging knowledge trends and documentation best practices.
