Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

Strategic and collaborative Knowledge Management & Communications Senior Analyst - Bilingual (Spanish) with a proven ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities across geographic boundaries, including Canada. Combines deep expertise in knowledge management and corporate communications with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail to drive employee engagement, operational efficiency, and content accessibility. Skilled in working with contracted resources and applying a working knowledge of HR processes to support business goals. Leads the development, governance, and delivery of clear, consistent internal communications and knowledge assets, including executive messaging and multilingual content—especially in Spanish.

Experienced in leveraging social media platforms and AI tools to enhance communication, content creation, and workflow efficiency. Known for delivering engaging, creative campaigns and content tailored to diverse audiences using varied writing styles and methodologies. Adept at reviewing translated content for accuracy and ensuring clarity across languages. A friendly team player who contributes to both strategic planning and tactical execution, building strong relationships with business partners and peers to influence organizational change.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute internal communication strategies that support HR programs and business initiatives.

Write and edit content in various formats (e.g., emails, intranet articles, FAQs, guides, Teams posts, videos) tailored to diverse audiences.

Partner with business leaders to craft messaging that enhances employee understanding and engagement.

Creates ongoing, effective communications programs to ensure employee understanding, engagement and alignment with company business goals.

Drive consistent communication across all channels’, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and aligned with business goals.

Writes clear, concise and strategic messaging that drives business results, supports key HR initiatives

Provide timely, clear, and culturally appropriate messaging in both English and Spanish.

Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data insights.

Lead and manage multiple high-impact projects with minimal supervision.

Skilled in leveraging social media and AI tools to create and drive engaging, data-informed campaigns that boost audience interaction and support strategic goals.


Knowledge Management

Lead cross-functional collaboration to align knowledge strategies with business priorities.

Design and implement enterprise-wide knowledge management frameworks and best practices.

Maintain and optimize knowledge repositories, HR portals, and digital content systems in multiple languages.

Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings to align Knowledge Management initiatives with business process and priorities.

Integrate information from various departments to ensure unified and accessible knowledge assets across the various channels.

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide Knowledge Management strategies.

Ensure effective maintenance, update, and application of knowledge repositories and HR portals.

Drive consistent communication across all channels’, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and aligned with business goals.

Encourage application of and adherence to standard Knowledge Management and Communication processes, procedures and best practices.

Monitor knowledge management systems and processes to evaluate effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

Conduct content audits and analyze usage data to improve knowledge accessibility and user.


Translation

Work closely with HR CoE, IT, and business stakeholders to streamline content workflows and system enhancements.

Translate complex information into accessible, actionable content.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in translated content across multiple languages.

Review and validate translated materials to maintain clarity and alignment with original messaging.

Conduct quality checks on multilingual content to ensure linguistic and contextual accuracy.

Support translation efforts and maintain a glossary and library of bilingual content.


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Technical Writing, HR, or a related field with 4+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Technical Writing, Content Strategy, UX Writing, or Internal Communications. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related field.

Demonstrated expertise in crafting Corporate Communications, Knowledge Base Articles, Intranet Content, Policies, and Translations, supported by a professional portfolio.

Extensive HR experience in designing, implementing and optimizing programs and processes to support organizational effectiveness.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, with professional bilingual communication skills.

Proficiency using ServiceNow, SharePoint, Email Open, Google Analytics, AI, and content management systems.

Ability to quickly draft, review and distribute critical and timely communications, knowledge articles, translations and portal content.

Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with a track record of strategic outcomes.

Demonstrated expertise in independently leading and managing multiple complex projects with minimal supervision.

Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze complex problems, develop strategic solutions, and communicate insights clearly across diverse teams.

Experience pulling reports, analyzing and interpreting data trends in content management systems and Core HR record systems (SharePoint, Google Analytics, ServiceNow, Workday).

Strong business acumen with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups and share core messaging strategies.

Skilled in collaborating with contacted resources and cross-functional teams across U.S. and Canadian regions to drive alignment and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience writing conducting UAT testing in HR systems.

Applied Smart Brevity principles to enhance clarity and engagement in communications, emails, knowledge articles, and intranet portal content.
