Job Responsibilities : 1. Create new frequently asked question and problem solving scenarios
2. Update all the required business and process changes
3. Design troubleshooting scenarios to resolve customer issues with
screen based walkthroughs
4. Deliver all the knowledge management requests SLA within the desired
timelines
5. Augment any process / content to improve the end user experience
6. Provide responses to all the feedback form end users
7. Change / add Knowledge Management content where required on the
portal
8. Demonstrate customer orientation skills by producing SME content
9. Use best practices from industry for search optimization and content
discovery
Graduation degree in any discipline
Experience Requirement :2 - 4 years
Skills & Competencies : 1. Knowledge on HTML, Java and T2R
2. Knowledge of basics of information analytics
3. Communication skills
4. Interpersonal skills
5. Customer service orientation
