PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a global leader in the electronic manufacturing industry, is seeking dedicated Material Kitters for our Richardson, TX facility. As a Kitter, you will play a vital role in ensuring production runs smoothly by accurately preparing, verifying, and transacting materials that drive innovation and efficiency.

Role Overview
This position is essential to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in the production process. You will be responsible for pulling and verifying materials, maintaining accurate inventory transactions, and keeping the kitting area organized—all while supporting a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Arrive on time and maintain punctual attendance.

Review pick lists and pull materials with accuracy and precision.

Verify materials against pick lists to ensure proper documentation and control.

Perform material transactions to maintain accurate inventory records.

Keep material storage and kitting areas clean and organized.

Lift and move 25–35 lbs. repeatedly during your shift.

Stand, bend, reach, and squat as needed for job tasks.

Follow instructions and switch between kitting and POU (Point of Use) duties as required.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.

Adhere to workplace standards, including no cell phone use during working hours.

Qualifications

Required:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.

Dependability with consistent attendance and punctuality.

Physical ability to lift 25–35 lbs. repetitively and perform tasks requiring mobility.

Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing needs.

Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.

Preferred:

Previous experience in kitting, warehouse, or inventory management.

Familiarity with ERP or material management systems.

Pay Details: $20.90 per hour
