The Hilton Cleveland Downtown is looking for their next Kitchen Supervisor to join their Culinary Team! The hotel has 600 guest rooms, over 45k square footage of event space, and 4 outlets. This position will be focused on Banquets and supporting garde manger. Ideal candidate has a strong banquet background and heavy production experience. Prior hotel experience highly preferred but not required. Seeking a leader who has a sense of urgency, works efficiently and cooks with finesse.
\n\nShift Pattern: Open availability to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays. Typical shifts are from 5am-1:30pm.

What will I be doing?
As a Kitchen Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting and participating in daily culinary operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nOversee preparation of food in all areas during assigned shift\nPrepare fish and meats\nAssist and support kitchen team members\nCommunicate any challenges to Chef/Sous Chef\nAssists Chef/Sous Chef in overseeing cleanliness and sanitation\nSet up daily specials and happy hour food according to schedule and spaces\nVisually inspect food quality and presentation\nPrepare staff schedules with guidance of Chef/Sous Chef\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, local and company food handling and food storage procedures\nWhat are we looking for?
