As a Kitchen Steward you will wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic prep and clean-up tasks. Ensure kitchen and dishwashing areas are clean and sanitary. Handle waste segregation and proper disposal. Refill cleaning supplies and sometimes assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
