We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Kitchen Porter to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Catering.
What you'll do:
To undertake all necessary cleaning, according to the cleaning rota, or as directed including walls (up to 6 feet), floors, fixtures and fittings, equipment, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glassware etcTo comply with statutory and company hygiene regulations in handling and storage of food and beveragesTo assist as directed with all aspects of preparation and presentation of foodTo ensure tables and condiments are kept clean at all times and that condiments are well stockedTo assist in cleaning the food service counters and vending machines as and when requiredTo prepare and assist in any special functions, which may sometimes be outside normal working hoursWhat you'll bring:
