We are hiring for the following positions:
ManagerSalary Range: $58,498 – $71,920 annuallyAssistant General ManagerSalary Range: $68,732 - $80,000 annuallyKitchen ManagerSalary Range: $61,635 – $80,000 annually
Compensation is based on role, location, and experience.

General Responsibilities:
Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiencesOversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standardsDrive sales and profitability while managing labor and food costsLead, coach, and develop hourly team members and junior managersMaintain operational excellence and uphold brand standards
Role-Specific Responsibilities:
ManagerAssists with front-of-house leadership and guest satisfactionEnsures smooth shift execution and staff engagementSupports scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing proceduresAssistant General ManagerSupports the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operationsHelps drive team culture and performanceActs as a key leadership contact for daily executionKitchen ManagerOversees back-of-house operations and food quality standardsTrains and leads kitchen staff in execution, cleanliness, and speedPartners closely with the FOH team to ensure seamless service QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
