Job Title: Kitchen Manager – Concession Stand -- Franklin Field Location: Franklin Field, Franklin WI Reports To: Concessions Operations Manager Employment Type: Seasonal / Full time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations at one of our high-volume concession stands during the baseball season. The Kitchen Manager will oversee all food preparation, kitchen staff management, inventory control, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in a fast-paced stadium environment. Key Responsibilities: + Supervise and coordinate all kitchen operations during game days and special events + Lead and train kitchen staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards + Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to ensure consistency + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace + Ensure compliance with health department regulations and stadium policies + Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering, receiving, and rotating stock + Collaborate with the Front-of-House team to meet customer service and food delivery goals + Troubleshoot equipment or supply issues quickly and efficiently + Assist in scheduling and evaluating kitchen staff performance + Support in planning and executing menu items and specials Qualifications: + Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Line Cook, or in a similar leadership role + Prior experience in high-volume food service environments, preferably sports or event venues + Strong understanding of commercial kitchen operations and food safety standards + Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting + Excellent time management and organizational skills + Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the stadium schedule + Food Handler's Certification + ServSafe Certification Physical Requirements: + Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, hot environment + Able to lift up to 50 pounds + Comfortable working under pressure in a loud and crowded setting
