Position Responsibilities:
 As Kitchen Manager, you will lead our back-of-house team and oversee all kitchen operations to ensure culinary excellence, cost control, and staff development. Key responsibilities include:

Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness of food preparationSupervise and support kitchen staff daily, ensuring adherence to company standards and policiesManage labor, food costs, and inventory control to meet financial targetsHire, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen teamMaintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health department standardsEnsure proper use and maintenance of all kitchen equipmentMonitor prep, par levels, and food waste to maximize efficiencyCreate and adjust BOH staff schedules based on business needsIdentify and implement opportunities for operational improvements

 Position Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a full-service restaurantProven ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-volume environmentStrong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and BOH operations (ServSafe certification preferred)Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and schedulingStrong communication, organization, and time management skillsTech-savvy with experience using restaurant systems and back-office toolsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs., push/pull up to 75 lbs., and stand/walk for extended periodsFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
