Kforce has a client seeking a Kitchen Design Manager in Miami, FL. Responsibilities: * Manage the implementation of a set of key Operations transformation initiatives across company construction documents * Analyze and understand design requirements to produce efficient and effective technical design solutions * Lead the review and approval process of specific site implementation of the transformation initiatives to pilot company * Identify, document and maintain BOH Guiding Principles and standards necessary to ensure proper alignment between key internal & external stakeholders * Help create and maintain the kitchen design strategy to future proof the restaurants with the help of various cross functional engagement * Create and maintain standards for various BOH solutions, necessary to ensure successful conversion, and opening of restaurants across the client's system to support restaurant remodel brand mandates following completion of the pilot program
