Work assignments may be required in other departments to ensure year-round work schedules for all staff members that want that, seasonal leave requests may be approved on a year by year basis at the unit discretion. **What You'll Do** As a Kitchen Cleaner for Michigan Dining you will maintain a clean kitchen by removing trash, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning equipment, filtering fryers, cleaning hood vents and drains, and washing dishes, pots, pans.
