Job Description

As a Kitchen and Laundry Technician at Villa Haven, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of kitchen equipment and laundry facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of kitchen appliances, refrigeration units, laundry machines, and other equipment essential to the daily operations of our resort. This position requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

QualificationsProven experience as a Technician in a kitchen or laundry environment, preferably in a hospitality setting.Technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, laundry machines, and related systems.Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.Proficiency in using hand and power tools for maintenance and repair tasks.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and moving heavy equipment.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
