You will be responsible for driving Kipling Mainline GTM Process for Americas channels for all points of Full Price distribution. This indivual will work closely with the Global Mainline Product Team as well as key regional cross functional teams including Design, Marketing, Sales, & Supply Chain. Responsbilities include product hindsights & briefs, actively providing feedback for seasonal color & concept to driving final sku planning & assortment decisions for buy execution. You are a regional advocate, creating compelling assortments which while achieving profit and upholding brand values. This is a hybrid role, reporting 3 days per week into our Jersey City, NJ headquarters reporting to the Head of Americas Packs for Merchandising. **Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.** + Drive Kipling Mainline GTM Process being the key point person for all Merchandising communication to cross functional teams in adherence to calendar + Curate & execute all Merchandising Assortments and presentations to internal & external players + Own Product showroom set up & visual merchandising for key seasonal market meetings + Identify strategies & regional opportuntites within the assortment, incorprating regional needs into Product Briefs with Head of Merch sign off + Understand total brand big picuture including key iniatitivies, consumer target for regional implementation + Support all Product selections & decisions with key selling driven metrics, maintaing acute knowledge of product performance through weekly sales data & KPI analysis **What do you need to succeed?** We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 3+ years in Merchandising. The foundation skills you will need in this position are: + Passionate about driving assortment product strategies & key initiatives while working collaboratively across multiple teams and channels + Highly self-motivated, able to multi-task and initiate projects, while working independently with high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-pace environment + Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal and time management skills. + Strong Presentation skills for internal & external market appointments + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and appetite to learn new system. + Ability to communicate complex analytical findings in a way that is understandable for business stakeholders + Proven success identifying and implementing process improvements. **What do we offer you?** At Kipling, we know you expect as much from us as we do from you.
