Role: Solution Consultant
Location: 100% Remote from India (aligning with EU timezone)
Contract: 6 months initial (extensions likely), starting 1st October 2025
Workload: Fixed 20 working days per month
Required Skills & Experience:
5-7 years of experience in IT with strong Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro expertise (hands-on, not just end-user).
Strong background in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes in live environments.
Experience monitoring and supporting integration with Kinaxis Maestro.
Proven ability to deliver code development, unit testing, and SIT.
Knowledge of data models in Demand/Supply planning applications.
Ability to work independently with clients and lead a small team.
Strong communication and training skills to upskill others in Kinaxis RR.
Good-to-Have:
Experience with Employee Central.
Responsibilities:
Understand implemented solution documents and scheduled jobs linked to functional processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in the live environment.
Monitor and maintain all Kinaxis Maestro integrations.
Contribute to development, testing, and rollout activities.
Train and mentor junior team members in Kinaxis RapidResponse.
Act as SME for demand/supply planning applications.
Project Brief:
You'll join a long-term AMS, DevOps, and Rollout project. The team focuses on application support, development, and global rollouts of Kinaxis.
