Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Kiln Operator to help their team for several months this summer. As a Kiln Operator, you will be part of a dynamic production team supporting the efficient operation of kilns. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Kiln Operator

Location: Fulton, MO

Pay Range: $18.50 per hour

What's the Job?

Assist Kiln Operators by performing manual labor to load kilns with refractory products. Operate loaders and lift trucks to transport materials throughout the plant. Weigh and record material accurately. Perform manual labor tasks such as shoveling and sweeping. Actively participate in report out and production meetings.

What's Needed?

Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials. Experience operating loaders and lift trucks is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording data. Willingness to work overtime as required. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
