This role is integral to fostering a love for the game and developing fundamental skills among children aged 18 months-10 years. As a coach, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive environment that promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct engaging and skill-building soccer sessions for small groups of children. + Encourage participation and ensure that all children feel valued and included. + Monitor the safety and well-being of all participants during coaching sessions. + Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and participation. + Attend mandatory training sessions and staff meetings to enhance coaching skills and stay updated with program developments.
