As a Kids Club Assistant, you are responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience while under your care. You will also support the department in reaching its service and satisfaction goals.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Supervise and care for children in a welcoming, friendly, and professional manner
Organize and lead recreational, educational, and creative activities (e.g., games, crafts, storytelling, etc.)
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment at all times
Welcome children and parents with a warm and positive attitude
Maintain accurate check-in/check-out records of children
Communicate effectively with parents, addressing any concerns or special needs
Promote activities and encourage participation
Follow child safety, hygiene, and emergency protocols at all times
Assist in the setup and cleanup of the Kids Club area before and after activities
Support team efforts in achieving guest satisfaction and departmental goals
Comply with hotel safety, fire, and health regulations
Coordinate with other hotel departments when needed for special events or activities
