The Kids Camp Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort’s children’s programming and family activities. This role is key to creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for young guests while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism consistent with the brand.  

Job Duties and Functions:

Design, implement, and oversee a diverse calendar of age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities for children ages 4–12, aligned with the resort’s brand, local culture, and family-friendly atmosphere.  Ensure the Kids Club facility is clean, organized, safe, and welcoming at all times.  Supervise and train Kids Club team members, ensuring the team consistently delivers engaging, warm, and attentive service.  Interact daily with parents and guardians to understand guest preferences, ensure safety protocols are understood, and build trust through clear communication and professionalism.  Coordinate with other resort departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Recreation, Events) to support family-focused resort-wide programming, special events, and holiday celebrations.  Oversee child safety protocols, including proper supervision ratios, allergy awareness, emergency procedures, and health & hygiene standards.  Ensure compliance with all local childcare regulations and resort policies.  Manage scheduling, payroll, purchasing, and inventory for Kids Club operations.  Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally, resolving concerns with discretion and care.  Foster an inclusive and creative team environment where both children and staff feel valued and inspired. 

Education and Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel/resort Kids Club, childcare center, or similar setting.  Strong background in child development, early education, recreation, or hospitality.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural affinity for working with children and families.  CPR and First Aid Certification required; childcare safety training or certification preferred.  Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging programs and themed activities.  Energetic, patient, detail-oriented, and passionate about guest service.  Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and school breaks.  Ability to work outdoors in tropical weather conditions, including high heat and humidity.  Posted August 6, 2025
