HUGO BOSS is seeking a Keyholder Supervisor to join in our team in one of our store Located in Serrano Madrid.

- Permanent Job position.
\n- 40 hours per week, full time job.
\n- 8 hours per day, 8:00 am to 17:00 pm (1 hour to lunch).
\n- From Monday to Saturday
\n- If you have experience as a supervisor in luxury retail sector and administrative studies ans experience this is your job.

What you can expect:

In your role as a Supervisor, you act as an inspirational role model in supervising the team members on the sales floor in the KPI achievement with a tireless drive to deliver excellent customer service.
\n\nDetailed daily reports from the store.\nDaily email check.\nShift and vacation management.\nStore opening daily.\nMicrosoft Office 365 experience.\nSupervise, assist and motivate team members on the sales floor to achieve individual and location’s performance targets and KPIs\nSupport the management team in implementing action plans to achieve short and long-term targets\nCoaching, developing and training team members to continuously improve product and selling skills\nImplement and maintain a customer centric mindset to build a loyal customer base\nDrive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed\nBuild and maintain awareness of our competitors and local markets by sharing any relevant findings with your Area Manager and retail team\n
Your profile:
\n\tFP2 administrative studies.\n\tGood level of English C1 - Advantage.\n\tPrevious experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment\n\tPassionate in leading, motivating and training team members through active supervision\n\tAbility to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business\n\tDemonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge\n\tWillingness to constantly learn & develop\n\tExcellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal\n\tExperience in networking & building relationships\n
