HUGO BOSS is seeking a Keyholder Supervisor to join in our team in one of our store Located in La Roca del Valles Outlet.

If you have experience as a supervisor in luxury retail sector and administrative studies ans experience this is your job.

\n

- Permanent Position.

\n

- 40 hours per week.

\n

- Full Time Job.

\n

- Inmediate incorporation.

In your role as a Keyholder Supervisor; you are passionate about our products and brand to provide Customer Service Excellence at all times whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to drive commercial success.

\n\nDeliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers\nResponsible for CRM data gathering & quality management\nContribute to achieve the location’s performance targets and individual KPI’s\nSupport in transaction, complaint & return handling\nParticipate in regular trainings to continuously develop\nSupport in all operations for loss prevention and stock management \nProficient utilization of business systems & latest technology\nDrive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed\n\n

 

 

Your profile:

\n\tPrevious retail, hospitality or customer service experience along with an excellent understanding of premium fashion industry.\n\tMade to measure experience is required.\n\tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels\n\tDemonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge\n\tAbility to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business \n\tWillingness to constantly learn & develop\n\tHigh cultural knowledge & awareness\n\tProactive and positive attitude\n\tFluent English speaker\n
