This is a special opportunity to join our dedicated Global Account Team in Taste Operations. This role will enjoy the privilege of working, daily, with our global clients and our Operations teams to deliver excellence in customer experience and supply. **Your key responsibilities**
+ You will be the voice of the global clients into Taste Operations and the voice of Taste Operations to those global clients.
+ To deliver excellence in the customer experience for specific global clients and their interaction with dsm-firmenich Taste BU
+ Act as a strategic partner to Taste Operations and the Global Client Account team to ensure full alignment and delivery of strategy.
+ To drive continuous improvement actions to delight and exceed our clients’ expectations in supply.
+ Develop client intimacy to ensure the clients’ objectives are understood and translated into an actionable plan inside Taste Operations

**You bring**
+ A passion for working with clients
+ Strategic thinking coupled with responsive problem-solving mindset
+ Commercial acumen with forward looking continuous improvement attitude
+ Degree level education ideally in a business or supply chain management related field.
+ 5 to 10 years’ experience in customer facing supply chain, commercial or related function in global context.
