Develops and supports the partnership between Hill's and Key Customers at central level by nurturing contacts, negotiation and execution of 6Ps in an omnichannel perspective. Provides also feedbacks on the in-store environment which allows rapid revision of Commercial strategies. Ensures Hill's is the strategic partner of choice and supports our customers to grow Share of Market and Sales.** **What you will do:** + **Develop and implement strategic sales plans to the assigned customers to achieve company’s goals** + **Advise dealers, customers, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.** + **Analyze sales data to monitor KPIs in order to define and implement effective action plans to improve the performance** + **Play an active role to increase market share(i.e. by utilizing face to face sales techniques, engaging internal stakeholders, etc.)** + **Analyze and investigate new ways to obtain new customers through following inside and outside leads.** + **Focus on new product promotions to drive effective execution** + **Analyze sales and market potential** + **Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards** **Required Competencies/skills:** + **Strong negotiation and analytical skills** + **Customer orientation/Problem solving attitude** + **Previous experience in Pet food company/channel** + **Highly self-motivated** + **Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal ) and relationship building skills;** + **Proven ability in time management, planning/priority setting, and managing budgets** + **Teamwork & Collaboration: ability to create relationships with stakeholders across the business** + **Fluent in both Italian and English** + **Open to possible relocations within the country or abroad** + **Valid Driver's License** **Preferred qualifications:** + **Master's Degree Required (Business Administration, Economics, Vet Science or equivalent)** + **2 years of experiences in a Customer Management and/or Omnichannel/eComm roles** **Location: Roma** **VISA NOT SPONSORED** **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
