Sales Operations Supervision (40%)
Supervise sales activities within the assigned area to ensure sales targets, sales indicators, EOE (mainshelf/offshelf ratio, visibility, price communication), and inventory at sales points are met. Coordinate with Planning and related departments (TMK, CS, etc.) to ensure clear implementation of consumer activities, promotional programs, and handle arising issues. Monitor the progress of company activities and programs at the supermarket group in the responsible area. Regularly compile and promptly, accurately, and fully feedback information from the team about competitors, market conditions, and propose timely actions for the team to execute. Actively seek and identify opportunities with a "Strive to Win" spirit to enhance product competitiveness, develop market share/volume for products/brands.Customer Management (30%)
Execute sales routes and customer visits as per regulations (distribution, delivery, pricing, display, and sales promotion plans). Evaluate the level and ability to handle issues from customers. Maintain relationships with customers (management, decision-makers) and build new customer relationships within the chain in the responsible area. Proactively think, act beyond expectations, and objectively assess situations before making judgments, decisions, and keeping the customer at the center.Team Management & Development (30%)
Manage and supervise the Merchandiser team to complete company-set targets. Guide and manage the Merchandiser team to fully execute company activities and programs in the responsible area. Ensure team members comply with company policies (including sales route discipline, iSTAR standards, and safety). Actively communicate full content and policies to the team. Motivate and guide the team through field coaching – coaching effectiveness.
